Review & Giveaway! Grimes Graphics

As you all know, I am always looking for cool Disney things. What you may not know, is that I am also always on the lookout for anything with my name on it. I do not have an unpopular name, however, I do have an unpopular spelling and it makes finding personalized items that are affordable a bit harder or more expensive than I'd like.

Imagine my excitement when I came across Grimes Graphics, a fabulous company that does custom decals.
Not only could they put my name on various items, but they could also put it on Disney inspired items!

I received a plastic water bottle personalized with my name and a Mickey head decal for the purpose of this review.

I absolutely love it!! It is light weight, but not in a cheap/flimsy way. It doesn't leak, and that is the important part! It's a great size, and I love that the top is big enough for me to drop ice cubes into the bottle. (TIP: Fill your water bottle with ice cubes at Disney with just a little bit of water. By the time you are in the parks the ice will start to melt and you will have ice water to drink instead of warm water.)

The owner of Grimes Graphics was kind enough to offer a fabulous contest prize to my readers!
Use the form below to enter to win a RED PERSONALIZED DISNEY INSPIRED SHIRT like the one seen in the photo to the left. (prize is only the shirt, the water bottle is NOT included)

Grimes Graphics also offers other Disney inspired items such as personalized beach buckets, metal water bottles, decals and more. Minnie Mouse items are available for your little princess.

The Curious Teapot on Etsy: Review & Giveaway

As you can probably tell, I'm a bit obsessed with Etsy. It's a great website that let's you help small business owners sell their wares. This excites me. It excites me even more when I come across something like this...

The Curious Teapot on Etsy is a shop run by a Long Islander (woo hoo!) named Mary Ellen. She creates fabulous works of art from ribbon.

I was lucky enough to receive the full Alice in Wonderland set as seen above for review purposes.
I LOVE them. The White Rabbit's ears are too cute for words and his little collar makes me feel all warm and squishy inside. I love the fact that she has a card because it just perfectly completes the set.

I'm going to suggest she makes a March Hare so that the Mad Hatter can have company at his tea party once Alice leaves to play croquet with the Queen of Hearts. A brown bunny done in the same style as the white rabbit with an orange coat and brown pants would be FABULOUS.

This set would make a very merry unbirthday gift for any little girl. Big girls such as myself will enjoy them too. The quality is top notch and they withstood Princess Jasmine trying to steal them from me. No teeth marks were visable which in my book shows that the ribbon is high quality and not flimsy at all. So, thanks Jazzy for doing some product testing for me!

Do you have a little prince at home rather than a princess? Perhaps you have a cowboy or a space ranger...

There is plenty in The Curious Teapot shop for them too! The clips can be used as toys as well.

Mary Ellen has been generous enough to offer one lucky Lady In Wonderland reader/fan a set of 3 clips of their choosing! Enter using the Rafflecopter form below. The contest ends June 30th. Be sure to tell your friends to come and enter too!

Nicocallie on Etsy: Review & Giveaway

I am very excited to bring you my latest product review and giveaway! Beth from Nicocallie on Etsy was generous enough to provide one of her Personalized Disney Couples Subway Art  pieces for me to review.

I fell instantly in love with this piece when I saw it on Etsy. It's so cute, modern, chic, and yet, classic in it's design and the Disney couples made me melt a little. I loved the idea of including Lord Hill and I in that roster so to speak.

Beth lets you choose the colors, but I must say even with my purple living room walls, I would still go with the red and gray combination even if she hadn't suggested it. It makes the names pop and just looks super cool.

The piece was completed very quickly and Beth's communication was incredible the entire time. Shipping speed was excellent, the package arrived safely and quickly. I am always nervous when I order anything fragile, but Beth's packing skills ensured that it arrived safely. While some people may think that the shipping cost is high, I personally would pay it in a heartbeat. Standard shipping covers the box and packing materials, Parcel Post shipping speed and insurance to cover the item if broken on arrival. It's better to be safe than sorry when ordering a glass piece of custom art.

Each custom frame is $45 which I think is reasonable for a handmade item of this size and quality. It's a great price for a gift for a bridal shower or engagement party.

I have included photos of my personal piece that is hanging on my wall, (sorry about the glare, Lord Hill hung it before I got a chance to take photos and the camera isn't quite doing the piece justice.) I also included a photo from the shop on Etsy.

You can buy your very own Personalized Disney Couples Subway Art frame HERE on Etsy.
Beth was kind enough to create a custom discount just for readers of Lady In Wonderland. Be sure to message Beth through Etsy and mention the special code Wonderland10 to receive 10% off your order before you purchase your frame!

Little Bug Boutique on Etsy - Product Review and Giveaway!

I am a little bit obsessed with Etsy. I could spend hours just clicking around and looking at all of the adorable and ultra cool things that people make. The Disney inspired creations are especially exciting for me.

I came across Little Bug Boutique while hopping around looking at fabulous Disney things. I immediately fell in love with the Disney inspired hair clips. How cute are these?!?!

I was lucky enough to receive 2 of these adorable clips to review. I chose the Alice and Snow White since they are my favorite female characters. (Rapunzel is a close tie so don't tell her I didn't pick her!)

These clips are so cute, and so sturdy! Not only are they adorable for your hair, but they are also great little dolls. My niece absolutely loved playing with them. They would make a great gift to wear or to use as a toy depending on the child's age.

Enter below for your chance to win 2 Disney Princess Clips of your choice! You can also head over to Little Bug Boutique on Etsy to purchase a set of your own.

Product Review: Custom Disney Tie Dye from One Great Thing

I'm sure many of you have seen shirts around the Disney parks and thought to yourself, "Where did they get that??"

I'm talking about the amazing Mickey head tie dye shirts that all the cool kids are sporting these days.

Sure, there are tons of great tutorials online, but for those of us who don't have time to make them, Cassi at One Great Thing is like a Disney craft savior. From t-shirts to tank tops and matching bags, Cassi has something for everyone! If tie dye isn't your thing, don't worry, she's still got you covered!

I was lucky enough to receive a tie dye Mickey head tank top for the purpose of reviewing it. I cannot explain to you how much I love this shirt. It fits perfectly and the shirt is great high quality. The colors are amazing and vibrant and the Mickey just pops!
I tried to take a photo of me wearing it, but in all honesty it doesn't do the shirt justice because I am, how do I put this politely, a "busty" lady, and the Mickey head stretches a little bit making the circles appear oval. That is my fault though, I didn't take that into consideration when giving my size.
Here is a picture of the tank top so that you can see the Mickey head in all of it's glory.

Cassi doesn't only make Disney inspired products. She has some great religious and holiday shirts as well. However, Cassi also has some products that are near and dear to my heart. There are customizable cancer awareness shirts available at One Great Thing where all of the proceeds go to the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life.

I started a Relay for Life team in memory of my mother this year. Please consider making a donation by using the link or by heading over to One Great Thing on Etsy and purchasing a Cancer Awareness shirt or scarf.

Maybe you can support both of us by purchasing a custom cancer awareness shirt from One Great Thing with a black ribbon in honor of my mother.

Magical Expressions on Etsy: Product Review & Giveaway

Magical Expressions is one of the coolest shops on Etsy. While Disney fans will absolutely love anything and everything Chad has up in the shop, there are plenty of non Disney items available as well. I can't even begin to tell you how excited I was when I found out that I would be receiving one of these customized prints.

I chose a customized last name print as seen here.
The process was easy, Chad has a list of different letters for you to choose from, all of which are photos that he has taken at a Disney location. Most of the letters aren't actually letters at all, they just look like thanks to Chad's creative eye. That was honestly the hardest part, picking which version of which letter looked just right. It was okay though, because Chad worked with me to find the perfect combination and even showed me different versions before I made my final decision. I chose the Disney World map as the background and hubby and I decided on a not so classic Disney quote that means a lot to us in order to personalize it even more.
Chad kept in touch with me through every step and let me know when the item had shipped. The print arrived quickly and even the package got me excited!

He even includes a key that tells you what each of the letters is a photo of and where you can find it at Disney. (I'm keeping mine a secret because I don't want to spoil the fun for the rest of you.)

I purchased a simple black wooden frame at AC Moore during a sale for less than $12. I absolutely LOVE this piece!

The items from Magical Expressions are great to buy for yourself but also make great gifts for birthdays, engagements, weddings, and anniversaries.

WIN ONE!
Chad has offered one of my lucky readers/fans/followers a chance to win a $40 gift certificate** for his shop!
** Some restrictions may apply.**

My Memories Suite - Scrapbook Software Review & Giveaway

As Disney lovers I am sure you can relate to this dilema... having TONS of amazing photos from vacations but not knowing what to do with them. I always say that I am going to make a scrapbook but to be honest, I just don't have the time to work on one.

That is why I was so excited when I was contacted by MyMemories.com and asked to do a review and even more excited when they said I could also giveaway a FREE copy of the software to one of my readers!

This digital scrapbooking software is so easy to use that in literally less than 30 minutes I had created all of these pages the very first time I used the program. Honestly, most of the time was spent choosing which photos to use and wiping away the tears that fell while making the page with my mom. (The gray area is the crop zone of what might get cut off when printed.)

The program retails for $39.97 and in my opinion is well worth the price. BUT if you use the promo code STMMMS35311 created just for my readers, you can save $10 and get the program for just $29.97!
